We created this website directory to assist the public to find legitimate Real Estate Service Professionals (Salespersons, Brokers, Appraisers and Consultants) to encourage the public to only deal with legitimate real estate service professionals in accordance to RA 9646 or RESA.
Our directory do not intend to replace the Official PRC website but to supplement to include other information that maybe beneficial to the public and the real estate community.

Introducing our new Real Estate Directory and MLS app!
PREDPH is a free app that lists licensed Real Estate Service Professionals (RESPs), including Salespersons, Brokers, Appraisers, and Consultants. It helps the public verify the legitimacy of real estate practitioners by providing pre-loaded, verified data sourced from PRC-published RESOs.
Users can search for Salespersons and their respective Brokers, view an RESP’s credentials, expertise, and listings, and ensure they are dealing with licensed professionals. Only paid, verified Brokers can post listings, while Salespersons cannot register or list properties.
Our vision is to make legitimate real estate professionals easily accessible and elevate the industry through technology.
