Welcome to philrealestatedirectory.com and realestatedirectory.net.ph! This is a community website whose sole purpose is to provide an online venue where real estate professionals in the Phillippines can do networking, share news and showcase their property listing on a single platform. In this site, you will find the list of all duly licensed real estate professionals registered under PRC (Professional Regulation Commission) by virtue of RA 9646 or better known as Real Estate Service Act (RESA law).
This website is a brainchild or RE Broker Genevieve F. Bonquin, (PRC REB 2309) a strong advocate of anti-colorum, to provide an alternative venue for the general public to verify if the broker or agent they are working with are duly licensed real estate practitioner. [ Section 29 RA 9646 Prohibition Against the unauthorized practice of real estate service/ Sec 39 Penal Provisions, violations of IRR shall be meted the penalty of fine of not less than P100,000.00 or imprisonment of not less than 2 years or both]
This directory include the names of Real Estate Brokers, Appraisers and Real Estate Consultants, updated up to the latest release from PRBRES. It also include the old list from DTI who regulated the licenses prior to RA 9646. We purposely did not include agents as they should be working under a Real Estate Broker. These agents have to identify themselves as working under a particular Real Estate Broker, as only 20 agents are allowed to be licensed sales persons under one real estate broker. As a reminder to the general public, if someone offers his/her services as a real estate salesperson, you may check their names here or ask the name of the broker they are working with. If they are not licensed, they are liable under RA 9646 by which unauthorized real estate practice is punishable by fines and 2 years imprisonment.
To search for the name of a real estate professional, you may search for their name on the first box. You may enter last name, first name or complete name. To find a real estate practitioner by category if you have no specific name but looking for a real estate practitioner in certain location, you may click category and then location and select from the list. You may also find them according to their organization. We are encouraging the practitioners to update their contact details here so that the public can easily get in touch with them to engage their services. We usually require their permission first before we publish their contact details. Some may not want the general public to know their contact details but as to their names, it should be a public record that they are licensed real estate professionals.
As it is, we only list or accept duly licensed real estate professionals in this list. Sales persons, staff or employees of brokers or developers without proper real estate license are not included.
We invite all real estate practitioners to update their contact details and join our MLS at realestatedirectory.net.ph. This site is also exclusively for licensed real estate brokers only. Only RE brokers duly registered with PRC can join and upload their listings. The public can check the names of the real estate person offering their services. If they are not licensed, don't deal with them. Their acts is punishable under RA 9646.
